Life can be difficult at times

Sometimes it is hard to know who you can share your thoughts with. During stressful times psychotherapy can be helpful.

Talking, feeling listened to and having a space to think, allows you to understand why you behave and feel the way you do. In turn, this can profoundly change the course of your life and help you be more fulfilled.

I am a qualified psychodynamic psychotherapist. I offer in-person therapy from consulting rooms in London NW3 (Hampstead) and NW11 (Golders Green). Outside of private practice, I also work as a psychotherapist in the Trauma Unit at the Tavistock and Portman NHS Foundation Trust.

Why Therapy?

Some people come to therapy to talk about anxiety and depression following bereavement, loss or other traumatic life events. Others might come because of painful and distressing feelings associated with difficult relationships, work-related issues, abuse, health problems or loneliness. Or you might not know exactly what you are struggling with, other than feeling that something is not quite right and needs to change.

Whatever your reason for seeking therapy, I offer a safe, confidential and non-judgmental place to talk about whatever is troubling you. I believe this can help you make sense of your experiences, provide you with support and relief as well as new ways of thinking about difficulties and how you respond to them.
